Senior UX Designer — enterprise systems, creative craft, and AI-driven process

10 years designing for complexity

About

I've spent the last 10 years working in complex enterprise environments including legal platforms, real estate ecosystems, and ed-tech products reaching millions of students. I understand how these organizations operate, what stakeholders need, and how to work effectively with engineering teams to get things shipped.

I care deeply about my craft. Visual polish, micro-interactions, and the moments that make enterprise software feel usable are what keeps me coming back.

When I'm not designing, I'm painting watercolors, making comics, mixing cocktails, or playing piano. Those creative outlets accent how I approach design problems and keep me picking up new skills.

Three things I bring to every team.

Enterprise Backbone

I've navigated 9+ cross-functional teams simultaneously, shipped accessible products that passed third-party audits, and built design systems at scale. I understand the tension between ideas and execution, the constraints that come with complex projects, and what it takes to get things shipped.

Creative Craft

I never stopped caring about the pixels. My strengths lie in visual storytelling, information hierarchy, and moments of delight in user interfaces. I bring that same attention to detail whether I'm working on a student homepage or a reporting dashboard.

AI Understanding

I actively use AI tools to optimize my design process, from prototyping to documentation. I've created guides and resources that my team has adopted, cutting iteration time significantly while maintaining quality. AI is another tool in the toolkit, and I enjoy sharing what I learn along the way.

I think out loud.
